Pinnacle 1 Mortgage, LLC was established by Jeff Coates (LO#: 130695) in June of 2006. Jeff and his staff are well established in the community and pride themselves in excellent Customer Service. Jeff establishes relationships with his clients and provides them with the necessary information to insure a positive transaction.

Jeff specializes in Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and First Time Home Buyer’s financing. Jeff works closely with Financial Institutions to obtain the best loan program that will fit what you, our client, is looking for. Throughout the loan process, Jeff and his team will work closely with you to gather the necessary documents to have the approval done as soon as possible. The loan process will be explained step by step as you move closer to your final goal of Refinancing or closing on your New Home!

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Washington. After graduation, Jeff began his career as an entry level Junior Executive for a large financial company. After a few years, and much success, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. Jeff entered the Mortgage Lending industry as a Loan Office in the mid 1990’s and was consistently one of the Top Ten Loan Officers every month. He loved the personal aspect of the industry and wanted to help more people on a more personal level.

Jeff is very involved in his local community. Outside of the office, Jeff spends time with his family enjoying fishing, hiking and outdoor projects. Jeff also runs the family owned and operated business Coates Christmas Tree Farm!
